All joking aside folks, SAHBOTAGE is very good, but when spoken its a Black Sabbath album, whereas Band in the Jar, while good only clicks on more than one level with hardcore SAHB fans, so, you guys suit yourselves, coz I'll be there, to cheer you on, no matter what, coz yer all doing a good thing here, and all who are knocking theirselves out, give yerselves a pat on the back, coz yer on the side 'o' the angels, so well done one and all, yer aw stars!!!!

Yeah I had the same thoughts about SAHBotage - but when considered it's only gonna be one gig (for the moment...hehe!) and the first is only a room that'll hold 70-80 folks, I reckon SAHBotage is the one... The Tommy SAHB Trib Band is named, methinks...!

As others have said, its up to you two, but SAHBotage is a great name and I think I would have voted for it if it had been in the original list!

Only when spoken in a Scottish accent is any confusion wth the Black Sabbath album possible - the Scots have consistently flat vowels (as it were...!!) i.e. pronounce bath, grass flat, sandwich, SAHB, palm - all with the same treatment of the A sound. The Englanders, however, making an allowance for the North/South divide, have a tendancy to alter that sound i.e. baahth, graahss, SAAHHB and so on.......anyway, Black Sabbath abbreviated their name, SAHB is formed by using the initials of the band.....here endeth todays lesson in phonetics........(one for Cavey...."have you tried the pline cike?" Which musical?)

Hehe, SAHBotage it is, definately - just need to get a venue sorted now...the Beehive at Bishop looks to be it mind, very close to a Travelodge should anyone from further afield fancy a look (please! ;D ) and has a nice stage apparently - gonna go for a scout out this week, see what it's like. Friday 21st November is the date in mind - the day after that, in the same town, about 1 minutes walk away from the Beehive, the BEST Whitesnake tribute I've came across, featuring a couple of mates, 'Slip Of The Tongue' are playing too, so that'd be a canny little weekend...the only (excluding SAHBstock, of course!) SAHB Tribute in the UK, and the BEST Whitesnake Tribute in the UK in one weekend - if anyone likes both bands, that is!
