Ok heres the start of another thread possibly, the forums biker women, can we have pics in leather???, sorry I'm being terrible, on a serious note, what bikes have you both had? what age is your Indian Jesther, have you restored bikes in the past?etc
Always remember an article in Superbike magazine about 30 years ago, short version was , a guy was working on some estate doing gardening etc, and the Lord of the Manor came to the guy and asked if he fancied some overtime doing a really mucky job, well the guy agreed coz he needed the money to keep the bike going, the job was a gazebo/summer house that had fallen into disrepair and was full of old canvas deck chairs slowly rotting away, it was also huge, so the guy set about the job, and lo and behold, he finds an old motorbike in a bad state of repair, so he asks the Lord would he want to sell the bike, who replied what bike?, turned out it belonged to a great Uncle, who had came off it, and it got shoved in the gazebo and forgotten about, the Lord told the guy to keep the bike, and it was an Indian Chief, took him a year or two to restore it, and it was beautiful when he finished!!

I have a 55 trailblazer and it's a solo project so it is taking forever. My Dad, brothers and I used to do bikes up when I lived at home. He has and old army chief which is perfection, but he won't let me have it. I have no idea why I wouldnt say he is an enthusiast, but he visited my bike in the garage before he came to see me

Good heavens, caveman, I very much doubt either pen or I could compete with those! Although my bike is mine and looks much better than those, even though it needs some work!
