Awright Folks My mate John Bell made a WAVE audio recording of the Fan band set that has better sound than any of the videos (including ZM's) sound. I have sent it to ZM for the DVD. However, I have mp3'd the file (70MB) and would like to offer it to you all for yer i-pods etc. or you can convert it back to Wave to burn on a CD. I am not going to post out it or anything like that. Please ignore the stuff below and look for my next post below for an easier way to get this little beaut!
I will offer it via a piece of software called Limewire. Some of you may know or already use Limewire. Its a peer-to-peer (person-to-person) file sharing network that allows you to search for a file on all logged in member's shared folder on their PC and download it (the folder is called 'shared'). If someone has an easier (or additional) distributing this file, please let us know. Its pretty simple: - Please look for the free version of Limewire on Google, download and Install it. You can delete it once everyone has the file, but you might find it... erm.. useful for finding other music, films etc. - this Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7th - 9th Nov) I will log into Limewire and allow anyone to download it from 6pm Friday till midnight (or beyond!) each night. - Using Limewire, in the audio search tab, search for SAHBSTOCK, highlight it when found, right-click it, select download and you should be able to download it to your 'shared' folder(. - Once you have downloaded it, please keep the file (or a copy of it) in your 'shared' folder and stay logged into Limewire for as long as possible (even better, between the same hours as me), because the more folk have downloaded it and 'share' it, the faster the download speeds become. So folks, get downloading Limewire and (hopefully) happy hunting at the weekend! [/s]

You could upload it to Rapidshare or Megaupload, or similair...it's free for one file, and it'll stay there for well, a long while, a good few weeks anyway, and if you post the link on here to the file, people can download it whenever...

Nice one Tom! An even easier way ;D Am in the process of uploading SAHBSTOCK to both Rapidshare and Megaupload. Will post later tonight with the download links. If this works okay then I will also upload a Video file I produced of the event, which contains all the wee Camera clips John Bell took and stuff that Zenmetal and myself took on my Camcorder Look on it as a wee taster to ZenMetal's upcoming DVD ;D

Yeah Tom, must have litened to it now a dozen times, gets better each time ;D What I really like about it is my 'backing' vocals sound no too bad compared to the sound of the wee video clips on YouTube I'll ask John Bell what it was he used to record. I know it had 4 michrophones

and then matt blacks set, n chad n kev n james set could be a 4 cd set !!! Sorry, but John only recorded the Fan Band set He would have recorded the whole lot I think, but knowing it was being filmed for a DVD, he naturally thought there would be other audio recordings made, at least a soundboard recording. It would have been good if he had recorded it all cos it could be used on ZMs DVD. Unless someone else out there recorded any of the other sets? What about your laptop Chad? was that not used to record, or was it solely for backing music?
