As a guide to numbers i think you could count on the troops who did Nantwich plus all of you boyz and girlz north of the Border.

Let's try and sort this sensibly.........and I'll crack out the mayoral chain of office especially for the event.
Oh! and I guarantee at least 2 of those SAHB type fellows.......perhaps we should reallt go along the lines of an office Christmas do - book a big table, have a nosh and a swally.....and some fun.........get some numbers together and we can check out places and prices - volunteers and suggestions happily accepted.........

Good idea kid, but are there enough folks on this ere forum who would go AND make it feasible? Realistically, I doubt it. Mibbes we should just wait for the rearranged gig, or alternatively a current TOV gig with whomever as support? Something in the back of my head tells me TOV have a gig at Rockers sometime soon.... SARGE! Yip 15th of August we're in Rockers. Noo we could make that a good night!! Good tae have ye back Colin. I think Rockers is a great rock venue, full of character. I'll be there! Been decorating my daughter's new flat and she moves in next week so everything has been and will be on hold until then, then... i'm free!!!!! ;D

an excellent idea! kev and myself would do a set at this nae bother!!
it'd be great if we could get some kinda group playing a few sahb numbers with maxwells husky tones!!!
as for venues, i think ive played some of the most cheapest to hire venues in the city centre - The Hold (underneath The Admiral Bar) and The Beat Club on Sauchiehall street, these would ensure that none of us would be outta pocket.
im sure this is easily achieveable and it'd be cool to keep these wee reunions going for the forseeable future. keep the ideas coming peoples!!!
IF YOU BUILD IT...................THEY WILL COME (easy now!!)
peace, love an jam sannies!

aye thats the very one sarge!
if i remember correctly i think its the sound guy an PA that you pay for and the venue is free, not much of a stage but i think it'd be perfect place to start this kinda thing.

my daughter (angie...mother of BIG jack "harvey") would be willing to help arrange a s.a.h.b. fan night (she's set up a couple o' gigs before).............so if it were to go ahead on say a saturday night in glasgow, if we can get an idea of the best date to go for 1) would any of the band manage to make an appearance ?, 2) would the tigers on vaseline do a turn ?, 3) would chad the lad and k9 kev do a turn ?, and 4) would you go !!!!!!!!. lets hope for serious answers from now on in or it aint gonna happen !!

I'll guarantee my lot (well I will after I tell them they're doin it the morra night), although the sooner we get a date the better . I'd be up for a wee SAHB trib band doin a few SAHB numbers as well, (with me in it obviously)!! I may have a wee surprise for my fellow SAHBsters if the re-arranged Outfit gig goes ahead!
