One of, if not my favourite female artists is Thea Gilmore. I love this new song of hers and the video's quite good too. This great Ian! Smashing video too!

I watched this and shed a tear. Stupid I know but it's such a poignant story. Although the video could have been put together with more care, the images enhance the mood and sadness of the situation perfectly. A simply brilliant song from MK and one which I guess will tear holes in the hearts of those who worked in the shipyards on the Clyde.

I'm no Knopfler fan, but that's a fine song.

I may have posted some of Tragedy's stuff before, but they are just too much fun not to share. They are a heavy-metal Bee Gees tribute band, and they are outstanding! Here's a series of 4 videos; 2 of the originals (for comparison) and 2 of the remakes by Tragedy. Enjoy! Here's Tragedy's website: www.letsmaketragedyhappen.com/ and here's their myspace page: www.myspace.com/letsmaketragedyhappen

Ten sublime minutes of music. Has there ever been a better epitaph than this? To call it sublime is an understatement! That's 10 minutes of goosebumps. Amazing, simply amazing. Thanks for that!
