Knock em dead Sarge, saw a T-shirt that may appeal to you, it said "Play something the drummer knows!" not a reflection on your playing skills, but i thought it might appeal to a drummer, can't remember where i saw it if i find i'll send you a PM with the site address. AS i said Knock em dead!!

Actually, Sarge, honesty is always the best policy - you're known for your straight talking and candour, both of which are appreciated. Really. No, really, really, no sarcasm.

This is to support a charity set up in memory of Kirsty McColl who was a great supporter of Cuban music & the arts. All money raised will go to supply musical instruments to Cuban schools & schoolchildren. TIGERS ON VASELINE will be supported by 2 local bands...Loris + Jukes. It has just transpired that I will also be filling the drumstool for Loris as they're drummer is oan holiday. I now have a busy few days trying to learn their songs. Check them out www.myspace.com/lorisliveOkay Folks, I am going to this one and I know there are other Bowie fans out there. Anyone else coming along?

How did the Oran Mor gig go, Sarge - raise loadsa money? The night went really well. My 1st set with Loris was great & I really enjoyed it. Tigers i must say have played better, dunno what happened, everybody can have an off night but unfortunately this was the case for a couple of our guys (we where back locked in rehearsals last night as a consequence). Feedback was still very very positive tho'. There was a good turnout & the charity made about £700 after all expenses which aint bad. Thanx for the support Catherine & everybody that posted. A BIG THANK YOU to Colin McBurnie, ra Paisley Buddie (wot the feck happened at Love St last night mate??) who turned up and videod the gig for us ( if you get 250 quid fae "you've been framed" , I want hawfers!!). ;D ;D ;D
