Quo Headline Ayr Festival Quo will headline the 2008 Burns Rock At The Racecourse, one of the highlights of the burns an' a' that Festival. The concert will take place at Ayr Racecourse on Saturday May 24 and in addition to Quo will feature another major act as support. This second band will be confirmed early this year. Irony indeed

Well I really love Status Quo, the only thing that annoys me about them is that their last 3 albums have been excellent yet they don't push the new stuff live, and their choices for singles are always (IMHO) the wrong choices.

Does anyone else remember the chronically bad and shameful song SQ did with ManUre? Come on you Reds made Ally's Tartan Army look good (although I did quite like the b side to ATA! I wanna be a hippy)
ROCK N ROLL FOOTBALL!!

Saw the Quo for the first time with Sahb at the bulldog bash and was very impressed, so much infact that I got a tickit for the Edinburgh Playhouse gig in Dec 07, only for them to cancel the gig 3 hours before kickoff, then they say that they will re play the gig in Glasgow !!!! it dont make sense to me ?

Maybe they've been looking at a map.....Glasgow, unlike objects in a mirror, is not as close as it seems!
