slowly, slowly.... Got 2 dates folks so far. I'll keep you posted as we get more. We've reduced it to a week 17 - 23 August. Seems Sarge is swiping everything from under our noses!! Fri 20.8 – Craigiebield House Hotel, Penecuik, Edinburgh Sun 22.8 – (5pm sharp!!)Scotia Bar, 112 Stockwell Street, GlasgowSo, we got 18, 19 & 21 Aug still to fill. Any pointers? Even if it's your local and you think they'll put us on. We're not looking to make a fortune, just come over play some rollicking good shows and cover some of our overheads. Stick that Glasgow date in your diaries. It'll be a nice way to round off your weekend!! It's early and leaves a nice cushion between a few pints with some SAHBtastic sounds and Monday mornin! I'll keep yous posted as more come through. Cheese,

As a fan of the orginal SAHB who went to all of their Glasgow gigs (free, as my dad was a pal of Alex's! even shared a box seat with Billy Connolly for one gig!) my expecations weren't high when SAHTB played Rockers on Friday (9th April). Have to say I was absolutely blown away - the arrangements, musicianship and lead singer were exceptional - as close to the original as dammit! Had a quick word with Chris Glen (who was there) just as SAHTB was about to start and his thoughts were that they're okay - he would say that, wouldn't he. Seriously, he, Zal and Alex created an aura that will never be able to be repeated, I agree. Which isn't to take away from SAHTB - an authentic, exciting atmosphere was created by the band - can't wait to go to the next gig in or near Glasgow.
