Was thinking today, I ain't played any SAHB stuff for a while. Can I say at this point that the days of sitting at home playing records are few and far between at the min. Got a shitty cd player in the workshop, that just cannot deal with the dust ,and most of my CD sahb stuff on CDR. Thats where I do most of my listening at the mo', its background obviously, no musical nuances, just motivation in score. So to the question:-
How often do Sahbsters play Sahb tunes, every day/week etc?(I normally play a few every week) What Sahb tune get you going when down in the doldrums?( The Hammer Song gets me working proper) Does your occupation allow for musical accompaniment?( yes,)

He, who thinks he ought to be obeyed, is in almost sole charge of the music making machine in our house - so, maybe once a week or so we do have SAHB attacks, always with Alex, my personal pick me up tracks would be; Hole in Her Stockin', River of Love, Buffs Bar Blues, Gamblin' Bar Room Blues - the singalonga factor is the cheerer up.

Actually, I've got several mixes of SAHB works I keep in the car and play some every day on my way to work-never gets old. I dont title them so I kinda dont know what tunes are coming up.
When I'm really in the pits I gotta hear the Next album, but on vinyl, its a ritual; takes me back...

Sometimes I listen to SAHB a lot, and I go through stretches of time - perhaps a month or so where I don't listen to them at all. Same with the Beatles, or other artists. I've gone a couple of years without listening to the Beatles - then re-discover them.
Right now I am maxed out and listen to SAHB hardly at all, but that can change any time.

Talking of a SAHB fix, A Sahb gig would be uplifting.

Talking of a SAHB fix, A Sahb gig would be uplifting. Yes, it would, wouldn't it? My SAHB fixes would be Action Strasse, Boston Tea Party, Tomohawk Kid, River of Love and Hole In Her Stocking. The neighbours probably aren't very happy about my 'singing' though.

But then, your neighbours' daughter's singing had you thinking they were boiling their cat.......the west wing walls aren't what they were!! ;D
Re a SAHB gig - I'm doing my best It's only been 12 months since MAY hem......jolly good it was too!! Newcastle and Dundee were definitely better - turn out wise - than Dudley but the Midlands have never been overly kind, historically, to SAHB
