Going to Neath and Port Talbot hospital tomorrow (wed) for an MRI scan, hope I'm not claustrophobic. They want a closer look at the heart as they have now decided to further investigate before making a decision on the bypass. Best of luck L'il Buddy - you'll just have to close your eyes and think if SAHB during the scan. The main thing is that you seem to be getting checked out with all the might and main available to the medical profession. Hopefully, a firm decision can be made soon.

I cant do MRI scans, made me claustrophobic they tried 3 times, even filling me up with temazepam and diazepam, stoned oot ma heid, but still shi t scared ;D

Well it went ok should hear from the cardiologists in about 10 days.
I was surprised at how you get wrapped up and how tight it was in there but most of all how noisy it was.

Not been on here much of late due to not having the internet or my pc at my dads. All will be rectified soon. As for my health that is pretty stable with tabs increasing by the month. It was great to catch up in Glasgow even tho I was too worn out to get to the front I enjoyed myself immensly Speak soon Weepete xxx

Went for a stress echocardiagram (why can't they shorten these names?) It's where they scan your heart whilst given you different dosages of a drug that makes your heart work harder.
The cardiologist reckons I must have a new heart as there is that much improvement. Also it works well under pressure.
Looks like the tablets are really doing the trick, that and the well wishes of you great friends.
