I think that photo of Alex on the "Best Of SAHB" CD (Marble Arch label) must have been taken during the Bob Harris interview. Check it out!
Has anyone got the SAHB songbook published in 1977?

I've just been looking through my SAHB LP and CD compilations and I reckon there must be at least 30 discs - very odd when you consider that SAHB only released 8 albums, ha ha!!

Has anyone got the SAHB songbook published in 1977? Indeed I have, if it's the one with Alex looking out to a festival crowd on the front and on the back cover he's leaning on a broom head. I haven't looked at this in ages, some excellent photo's and illustrations that I've not seen anywhere else, Alex as a baby with his parents up to Hitler / Framed. I should have brought this to the People's Palace

My two favourite pictures in the SAHB songbook are: the one of Alex wearing denim shorts and he's got a beard, squatting down in a garden pond - very funny!! The other is the one you mentioned of Alex wearing a hat and leaning on a brush (it was used on the cover of the "Soldier On The Wall" LP).
