Listening to Status Quo Live last night got me thinking, I had the opportunity to go and see them in the 70s, but kinda rubbished them (as the music press regularly did ) and didn't go, now i wish i had, what about you lot, any similair regrets......NO LISTS ;D

My regret, apart from not spending enough time with my Dad, was in not going to see David Bowie, Elton John and Roxy Music because they were thought of as being "a bit Gay" to most rock music fans, as I've matured I realise now how good they were.

I wish I'd paid more attention, at the time, to SAHB and the gigs - I guess we thought it would last so much longer

Regrets? I've had a few.
Like not seeing Sweet because I thought they weren't cool. Apparently, they really rocked live.

Yes they did rock, although they had huge commercial success in the singles chart, they were grossly overlooked by the "rock crowd", They were picked by Pete Townsend to be one of the supports in the "Who put the boot in" tour of football stadiums, the singer, Brian Connolly, got into a fight and his throat was severely damaged so they had to pull out, SAHB then got the gig, lucky for them, introduced them to huge audiences, I saw the Swansea gig they were amazing, as were the 'OO.

I had a ticket for Roger Waters' Birmingham NEC show on the Radio KAOS tour. For some stupid reason, which I can't remember now, I didn't go and sold my ticket.
It was apparently a very emotional and amazing show.

I bitterly regret having to work on the Saturday S.A.H.B. played at Parkhead with the Who, I had just started work on the Monday and HAD to work the Saturday, should've told the boss to stick his job up his arse, but, hey, i was young and desperate for work.
