Hi, its Mike from MLP, the label which has released the three SAHB alums: British Tour '76, US Tour '74 and Hot City-The 1974 Unreleased Album. It;'s probably about time for another if the band are up for it but we are still searching high and low for material. All we have found so far is some different mixes from the SAHB Stories sessions and one previously unreleased track 'Woman Wants Her Independence' that features mainly Alex and Hugh. It's a slow song with piano and Ted' been sent a sample. I might uploiad a short sample soon. Unfortunately, the other mentioned track by our Universal friend 'Swing King Cookie' was not on the recording tapes, so not sure what happened to that one. Ted mentioned tome some years ago but it's never appeared in any format yet. We also have some live tracks from The Rainbow in 1974 but not enough yet for an album. What we seek is the full live recording from the Victoria Theatre which used one track as a b-side to a single, live tracks from the 'Next' tours in 1973 and the studio recordings/outakes from 'Tomorrow Belongs To Me' album and finally any soundboard/roadie tapes etc that might be lying around in someone's cupboards. Hopefully most of you have some of our albums and were pleased with the results. If anyone has anything, than please contact: Mike /. Email: mike@mlplive.com

Great releases, Mike. What's the deal with 'Fourplay'? Can it not be licenced for re-release?

I've wondered about the New Victoria show for years. Christmas '75 it was. Must be salted away somewhere. A "deluxe" full release of the Live album would be great too. It was released in full some years ago through the "Sahbster Fan Club". I have it, it's EXCELLENT ! It was a very basic issue though......no info, artwork/booklet etc, just a one sided insert
