Far as I'm aware, for now, he's playing Holland A12 June 18 - bizarre, I know, but the lineup may yet change for the UK gigs too.........will keep you posted, Lloydie, or Mike Drew will, I'm sure

The MSG Line-up for the UK is with Pete Way on bass, Herman Rarebell on drums, Wayne Findlay on keyboards and Michael Voss on vocals....Michael has a pool of musicians that he keeps swapping all the time...Chris Glen at this moment is only doing the Holland gig..But this could change...But it is very unlikely. As reported Chris is playing on 2 tracks on the forthcoming Michael Schenker album. The tribute band wont be playing, they want a night to relax and enjoy themselves the same as the rest of us. We have been trying to rally some instrument playing troops, but with little success, i have had a few promises from band members, but no real commitment, due to their own work load and no definate date.

Ah, that's understandable. Looks like the event, then, may not come to pass - not fall on its arse 'cos it's SAHB, it is just extraordinarily bad timing for more than one of the committee members, who really do have much more vital responsibilities in real life.
It certainly is not for the want of good intentions.

Thats odd, why doesnt the tribute band want to play a Sahb night? It being for charity and all.
Would Chad not fancy it perhaps?
Understandably though, personal stuff must come first.

I thought that was the whole point, an evening of SAHB music!!! I agree that personal stuff must come first, surely some of the other committee members can take the reins, after all there are 5 of them.

The Nots will be in Glasgow in August.....why not have a SAHBfest then??? Does it HAVE to be a fundraiser? I think not; Penny's BIG birthday and The Nots.......why not??!!!
Just organize a bit of a get together for earlier in the evening, pitch up at The Garage and take it from there..........The Nots have added "Gang Bang" to their repetoire - it's like an omen!!

If The Nots can find venues from Switzerland then surely we can do something from here?
Anybody been in touch with the Tigers, Matt Black or the Invisible Idols? Perhaps they could incorporate a couple of SAHB songs each into their acts (were they willing to play) to add to the general merriment?
Only trying to be positive and helpful. I think we need ideas and some help for the committee who, for various reasons, have their hands pretty full right now. Remember SS1? We all offered to help where we could.

Idea!! How's about getting the Yahoo group involved? More brains, more ideas and more hands to the pump. We're all SAHBsters after-all.
Let's not let this die without exploring every avenue.
