Making my second cup of tea, I was watching Mrs Blackbird in the garden, she selected and sorted and shook and stacked all sorts of little bits and bobs from under the conifer - she shook and sorted one more time - and off she flew - I didn't think she'd get airborne!! She had enough in her beak to thatch a small cottage.
I'm glad the garden gives something to the birds, they sing themselves silly for us - I just wish they didn't sart at 3am!!!
Happy new nest Mrs Blackbird!!

Watching a programme on 5 called 'Big Body Squad' very definetely a programme everyone over weight should watch. Pass the salad. I love the ad that is on here at the moment that says MOTHER TURNS SKINNY IN 4 WEEKS Caerphilly : Mom cut 20lbs in thighs, face and arm using this 1 weird trick..... Does that mean she has been left with one fat arm? ?

Especially Venus - it was so huge and usually you can't see it at night that good because its too close to the sun.

I've just been standing at the window, watching a bridegroom and his sidekicks have their photos taken, posing in front of the wedding cars.
Three classic Minis!!!! One white, one red and one olive green!!
We live in a cul-de-sac, so the cars were in a line across, white ribbons from bonnet to doors, nice one!!
Quite how the groom got in, I'm not sure, he was about 9' 12"!!!
I'm not so sure about all this "got to be different/best/most expensive" approach to weddings, surely the money (the LOT of money) that these quirks and gimmicks cost could be put to much better use.......then again, it's their day and hopefully, their money!!

Quite how the groom got in, I'm not sure, he was about 9' 12"!!! I'm 6' 2" and many moons ago I went out with a young lady who owned one of the old style (Austin rather than BMW) Mini's, it's amazing what you could do in the back of it or even the front if you were short of time!!! ;D
