Is the gold disc Chris's for Assault Attack? oh and lovely grub (sorry but I'm a typical rock fan) Yes that's the disc for Assault Attack - Tokyo 1983 from Toshiba-EMI, it hangs at the eating end of the room while Zal's gold disc for NEXT is in the living room - poor old Zee Em - quite overcome, he was!! ;D And thanks, the grub was grrrrreat!!

I have ALMOST lost the will to live trying to post these - which are probably of no interest anyway!! However...... Mum's crystal thistle is allowed out for our Burns Supper That's a Beautiful piece o glasswork, very unusual

Thanks, girls - bizarrely, the wee thistle is of the "present from McSquakkle Castle" variety; it was purple and green - and looked really tacky, so I bleached it!!!! It has huge sentimental value, if Mum bothered to keep it, then so should I and it's a nod to the land of my birth.
However, the golden vase behind the thistle is a one off, made by Catherine Haugh and, much as I love it, the thistle got place of honour
