I'm drinking an iron supplement called Spatone, they advertise it as 'you can really taste the iron in Spatone' Is that a good thing? ??

The sachet also boasts 'this sachet contans the equivalent iron found in 8lbs of broccoli.' WTF
You dilute it with fruit juice so you can just detect a metallic taste, tbh I gulp it down so quickly that this is minimal.
