It has been suggested by the medical profession that alcoholic beverages should no longer pass my lips. A large mug of Rosie Lee. My husband has been told the same thing ZZW, he isn't in the slightest bit happy about it and is even more grumpy than usual with orange juice and lemonade and lots of crisps instead of pints of Guinness!! At the moment I am drinking 7up. (Don't start, Cavey!!! ;D)

Just having my late night mug of hot chocolate. It's ok, helps me switch off and relax. It ai'nt the same by any means as the late night booze-fest that I once enjoyed but after 6 months or so alcohol free I've never felt better or more able to deal with the long hours working( I love my 'job')
Boring I know but there it is.

I will tell my husband that your feeling much better for no alcohol ZZW, it might help. He too will have his first non alcoholic Christmas and New Year and he's not looking forward to it one bit. Been 8 months since he had to give up. We've both got coffee....the first of the day.....bliss!!
