No calmer or even karma needed - I saw what you did there!! If you hadn't reopened the previously resolved can of worms there would have been no need for the considered, reasonable and factually accurate reponse.
You've come back posting about moving forward, pm'ing about getting back on track, a bit more effort needed for that yet BR - on your part - I'm not keen on that That post was after my PM Na na!! My Dad's braver than your Dad - give it up BR - where did the let's get back on track go? No response required, indifference mode in place.

Just ask Jim it went for £75 to Zahb I told Jim Zahb was going to pay whatever for the frame couldn't see the point of just letting the price go up and up even for charity. As consalation I made the sahb frame which was given to Jim by Zal at the meal prior to sahbstock 2.I have more respect for Jim than anyone else here. The auction raised £330 for the charity and cost me £240 to produce so at the risk of causing any offence tough. Ask Jim what? My dad was also going to pay whatever for the frame, who gives you the right to play god and stop the auction? They are both grown ups ( i assume) so why not let them fight it out amongst themselves with the charity being the outright winner? I understand that you made the second Zal frame up for my dad which i appreciate, and thank you for. My opinion is that if you respected my dad then you would have let the auction carry on. And I respect him, hence why i am saying this (sorry again Dad) The action raised £90 overall but lets face facts, it could have made alot more. But whats done is done, as you done thr framing out of your own pocket, you should have taken some costs back, in which case then the point in pointing that out is pointless. However if you didnt take your expenses back then i guess you have the rights to call the shots to who wins what and so forth.
No as I said no costs were recouped I paid for thr framing my contribution to a rather spectacular event.
As previously posted - you told me BR, that you chose not to accept the offer of expenses from the organizer in order to maintain control over the auction of the frames, more bullshine (remember, I was astonished that expenses are reclaimed for a charity event
God this is tedious, I shall desist)

well folks this is the last time i will be posting on a sahbstock 2 or 3 thread, i think the best thing to be done is to draw a big line under what has been done AND said. we are all sahb fans at the end of the day and the way forward would be to pull together and forget what is now history. what d'ya say ?

It's been tried, Kid; in a sadly insincere manner by BR, still, it should be easy enough, should he choose to grow up and take it a bit more seriously - may I suggest that we don't hold our breath?
