worthy? I think so. I haven't done a search so not sure if another thread on the Forums relates. Think of all of the themes for the absolute best theatrical rock and roll band, on Broadway, it could be a lot of fun. Attachments:

Touring company.

act one - Narrator:Alex and rock music up to Tear Gas, (a little help with the dialogue in this beginning time) then first album collaboration first act ends with our introduction to The Sensational Alex Harvey Band meaning a realistic performance almost like their first gigs. there is so much material once it is fine tuned to a one act time frame the second and third acts will be easier or if not easier more workable.

thought about this again yesterday and it would need some new music from SAHB. The actors/musicians in the roles of the band would be playing the old hits for the recreations of shows as part of the story being told but new music would be important to the story telling as well. A record of fresh material would keep us fans happy too. I am a song writer so I can help if wanted.

should be posting outlines and story boards but truth is haven't been at ease since my band broke up in February. went to an audition two weeks ago but they're far southwest (near Midway Airport) and after a cool jam had to rethink, auditioned with a couple of guitar players but the hearts just not in it. If there are any Theater Folks here feel free to idea, with a little luck I will come back around.

if this isn't the loneliest thread on the planet 1 doesn't exist Zal as a rock guitarist is amazing listening to his work is inspiring. I posted this over on the Fender Forum with the title: Change Hot summer night, wishing for a cool breeze, one comes and it is much cooler than expected, change in the air. Sometimes a hope for change any change from that moment and the moment passes hope forgotten, time passes and a time for change appears, like a cool breeze, is the surprise part of the change, or, the change itself a surprise, and if wished for in the past, so unexpected, or, bad memory of change that wasn't necessary. Expected or unexpected, surprise wish memory necessary or not I am in the midst of change so any words about change would be cool.

Mrs Foster, Chad the Lad and Penny thank you. A play on stage would take effort but the subject makes it worthwhile. The most dynamic innovative rock band on the scene. I have a tendency to write metaphorically but I am working on that. I have envisioned The Sensational Alex Harvey Band Story since seeing them live. I am working on the new band but with baby steps this time. Oh yes and all of my love to y'all!

Thanks SBLS, your posts are always very interesting and your right, SAHB would be a great subject for a stage play. Are you trying to actually write a play about SAHB yourself?
