Chicken breasts stuffed with stilton,apricots and sun dried tomatoes. Wrapped in pama ham served with roasted veg. All by my own fair hand. I am the chef but thankfully not naked!

Last night, potato & leek soup followed by rice pudding - no ordinary rice pudding - etc!
Tonight - home made stew (!) Aberdeen Angus beef, simmered for hours on the stove (not in the oven) with carrots, onions and mushrooms in it. With creamed potatoes and green beans.
