ARF!! It does sound a bit more macho than "I'll get my bolero!!" ;D
No, I think we can all still say that - PeterB uses it almost automatically after some of his posts........which makes them even funnier ;D ;D ;D
Now, if it was Willie and The Walnuts, might he not have to sy "I'll get my scrote??!!"
one wil get one's ermine robe......... ;D

We've seen a wee flurry of newbies - always welcome - on the forum, I guess to pose a queston to Alex the Younger. It would be nice if they also joined in to the general forum; come on good home folks, if you don't much like it as it is, get posting and change it; it's not so different to Facecloth, just more friendly and a bit more bijou and compact.
Come, share your news and views, you might even get to enjoy it!!

Anyone wanna download loads of music for free (all artists)? Go to my message on KOZMIK KENS PSYCHEDELIC DREAM FESTIVAL and follow the instructions. By the way, check out my updated Wikipedia entry on SAHB's "Rock Drill" and "No Complaints Department." Jimmie Grimes is a friend of mine (I've known him for years), and he gave me a lot of info on the song and why it wasn't released.

Hello boys and girls. Big hello from France to you all. Looks like this "introduce yourself" page doesn't get all that many views, but what the heck, I'm a big SAHB fan, and WILL introduce myself.
Saw SAHB live at Leeds Uni back in1975. Was not a fan before the gig, never having heard a thing by them. Walked out of the gig reeling, just having witnessed one of the two best ever live gigs I've ever seen (the other being Rolling Stones, also at Leeds Uni). The following Saturday I visited my record shop and bought all four of his LPs then released. I still have them, and a few CDs that allow me to play them ont' computer.
Anybody out there wanting to exchange memories or have a talk, just get in touch.

We've had a few new members here in the last little while and I've been a bit busy with other stuff (life - you know). So I thought I'd re-introduce myself to the gang here. While most of the year I'm just a humble turnip farmer - of course I've branched out into the Forget-me-not wine market recently - and when called upon I also serve the Queen of Vibrania in my role as The Guardian. I have a longer title but I never remember how it goes! I usually "dress up" in times of turmoil or crisis on the forum. Lately we've had new blood making valuable contributions here and I'm very thankful for that because then I can relax and prepare the new crop for the spring. So welcome everyone who's joined recently and raise a drink to Vibrania!
